We match your parcels
Your Box ID allows warehouse staff to match incoming parcels with the correct account. Missing IDs can delay arrival updates, storage or consolidation.
After day 100, storage costs $1 per 3 days for up to 30 additional days. Unclaimed parcels may be disposed of after day 130 under the storage policy. Large or bulk shipments require prior approval.
